Who we are
DropKickz is an independent sneaker reseller run in collaboration with Iluxxian LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. Iluxxian LLC processes all orders and payments. Questions about this policy: support@iluxxian.com.
What we collect
When you order. Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, phone number, shipping address and payment details for us. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's page and never reach our servers. We receive your order, contact and shipping details, plus any gift To/From names and card message you add.
Drop alerts. If you sign up, we store your email address, when you signed up, your browser type, and a scrambled one-way version of your IP address that we use only to block spam sign-ups.
Your cart. The pairs in your cart and your gift details are saved in your own browser so they're still there when you come back. They're cleared once you place an order. We don't set cookies and don't use analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
To process, source, inspect, ship and support your order, including tracking emails, returns and refunds; to send drop alerts if you signed up; to keep the tax and accounting records the law requires; and to prevent fraud and spam.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Drop-alert emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from drop alerts at any time with the link in our emails or by emailing support@iluxxian.com. You can also email us to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, apart from records we're required to keep.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
