Authenticity, shipping, returns & gifts

Authenticity

Every pair is 100% verified authentic. Before anything ships, we personally inspect each pair for authenticity and quality, whether it comes from our own stock or is sourced after you order.

If a pair doesn't pass our inspection, it doesn't ship. We cancel that pair and refund it in full within 2 business days.

Shipping

Shipping is free to US addresses. Pairs marked In stock ship in 1–2 business days. All other pairs are sourced after you order and ship in 7–14 days, with tracking emailed when your pair leaves us.

For Christmas delivery, order by December 10.

If we can't get your size at the price you paid, we cancel that pair and refund it in full within 2 business days.

Returns

Unworn pairs in the original box with all tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Worn pairs, or pairs without the original box, can't be returned.

Gift recipients can request an exchange for a different size, subject to availability.

Gift orders

Tick Is this a gift? in your cart and add who it's to, who it's from and an optional card message of up to 250 characters. Gift wrapping is $20 per order. We wrap the box, attach a tag with the To and From names, and include a printed card with your message. Prices are left out of the package.

Terms

DropKickz is an independent reseller, in collaboration with Iluxxian LLC, Miami, Florida. Iluxxian LLC processes all orders and payments, so its name may appear on your card statement. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any brand we sell. Brand and model names are used only to identify products.

Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, based on your shipping address.
